Alta Langa
Alta Langa is the only DOCG Classic Method of Piedmont. An idea that was born in 1990 by 7 producers who began to make bubbles of the highest level. Starting from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown on the hills of the Langhe at altitudes above 250 meters above sea level. It is always vintage and ages for at least 30 months on its lees in bottle.
