Vinification: the traditional-style fermentation, with 7-8 days maceration at a temperature of 23-25° C. produces a wine with youthful and fragrant notes. Its pleasantly light “fizz” results from a natural fermentation process. Its pleasantness remains in the bouquet where hints of freshly cut flowers and of just crushed wine are recalled.
An everyday wine, a classic wine for young people, ideal companion with snacks and quick lunches.
