Vinification: fermentation with maceration for 10-12 days at a temperature of 28° C.
Ageing: in barriques and casks (oak from Allier) for 12 months followed in the bottle.
It is characterized by the fragrance, already announced by the ruby red color with garnet highlishts. To the scent, notes that recall the purple and the small fruits of the undergrowth. In the mouth the wine is warm and pleasantly sweet with tannins fine and persistent.
Excellent with fairly demanding main courses, preferably meat-based without being over-elaborate, and with cold cuts and medium-mature cheeses
