Vinificazione: Obtained from grape
grapes which thanks to altitude mature slowly in the way to produce very particular aromas, it brokes out after a period of aging on yeasts at least 7 years.

Pairings

Excellent as an aperitif but above all – due to its undisputed
personality – it is an excellent way excellent way to accompany
class with all courses.
