Tasting notes
Sparkling wine poured into a glass has a golden yellow color with green reflections. The pérlage is very fine and very persistent. The scents of great intensity and complexity recall honey and and notes of brioche, toasted dried fruits, and bread crust. In the mouth, the pinot nero structure is felt. The long and persistent aftertaste with fresh and sapid feelings.
