Whistleblowing
The Company of Casa E. di Mirafiore & Fontanafredda s.r.l., with the aim of counteract violations of the 231 model, violations of the rules of European Union Law and relevant conduct pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, have/has activated a dedicated channel aimed at allowing internal subjects (e.g.: collaborators) and external parties (e.g.: suppliers) to report any relevant offences pursuant to the Whistleblowing Decree (Legislative Decree No. 24/2023). The Supervisory Agency as “Whistleblowing Reporting Manager” of Casa E. di Mirafiore & Fontanafredda srl in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the reporting, reporting and the parties involved in it.
